PKR98 Terms and Conditions

01General Terms

Welcome to PKR98, an online gaming and entertainment platform accessible at pkr98.vu. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users who access or use the PKR98 platform, whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other means of access. By registering an account or placing any bet or wager on PKR98, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

PKR98 operates as an online entertainment platform offering Casino, Live Casino, Sports Betting, Bingo and Esports products. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers and payment cards, subject to availability at the time of your transaction.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and PKR98. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise stated.

PKR98 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes through on-platform notices. Continued use of the platform following any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

02Eligibility & Registration

To register and use a PKR98 account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. PKR98 does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be a real individual — not a company, bot, automated system or any non-human entity.
• You must not be excluded from online gaming platforms, whether through self-exclusion or any other formal restriction.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and current information during registration, including your full name, date of birth and valid contact details.
• You must not already hold another active PKR98 account. Each player is permitted one account only.

PKR98 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. This may include a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, or proof of the payment method you are using. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Registration is free and does not obligate you to make a deposit. However, some features — including withdrawals and bonus claims — require a verified account before they can be used.

03Account Rules

Each player may hold only one PKR98 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address or same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, PKR98 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending balances or bonus claims on those accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password or account access with any other person. PKR98 staff will never ask for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately via the details in Section 14.

Account Currency

All PKR98 account balances are held and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied on this platform. The amount you deposit in PKR is the exact amount credited to your gaming balance, subject to your payment provider's standard processing.

Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting PKR98 support. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

PKR98 may suspend or permanently close an account — with or without prior notice — in cases involving fraud, abuse of bonuses, chargebacks, violation of these Terms, or behaviour that is deemed harmful to the platform or other players.

04Deposits & Payments

PKR98 supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and payment cards. All deposits are processed in PKR. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply depending on the payment method selected and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Deposits made through JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your PKR98 balance within seconds of the transfer completing on your mobile wallet. Bank transfers and card payments may take longer depending on your provider's processing times.

• Only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• PKR98 does not charge its own fees on standard deposits. Your payment provider's standard charges, if any, are separate and not controlled by PKR98.
• Do not attempt to reverse or chargeback a deposit after it has been credited and used for gaming activity. Chargebacks are treated as a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.
• If a deposit is credited in error — for example, a duplicate transaction — you are obligated to inform PKR98 support immediately. Knowingly playing with incorrectly credited funds is considered fraud.

05Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be requested at any time provided your account is fully verified and your real-money balance meets the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed in the cashier section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible, to maintain payment method consistency.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Typically within a few hours of approval, subject to verification status.
• Raast / Bank Transfer: Between one and three business days depending on your bank.
• Cards: Processing times vary by card issuer, typically two to five business days.

PKR98 may request additional identity or payment verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above standard thresholds. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not a penalty.

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus-linked funds before meeting the stated wagering requirement will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from your balance.

PKR98 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, terms abuse or an ongoing account review. You will be informed of any such delay and the reason where it is appropriate to do so.

06Bonuses & Promotions

PKR98 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cricket-season promotions and free plays. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer. The following general bonus rules apply across all PKR98 promotions unless stated otherwise in the offer-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, household, IP address and device.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are used after real-money funds unless specified otherwise.
• PKR98 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus at any time. If a bonus is cancelled mid-wagering, any bonus funds will be removed but real-money funds and real-money winnings will not be affected.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses through coordinated play, arbitrage, or any other method deemed abusive by PKR98 will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.
• Free plays and free bets, where offered, expire within the time period stated in the offer terms. Expired free plays are forfeited automatically.

Promotions tied to cricket events — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals and bilateral series — are subject to the relevant fixture taking place as scheduled. If a match is cancelled, postponed or significantly altered, PKR98 may adjust or cancel the associated promotion. Notice will be provided where possible.

07Sports Betting Rules

The PKR98 Sports section covers cricket, football, esports and other sporting events. All bets are accepted subject to the following general rules:

Bet Placement and Settlement

A bet is only confirmed once PKR98 has accepted it and you have received an on-screen confirmation with a bet reference. Bets that are placed but not confirmed — for example, due to a connection failure at the point of submission — are not valid until confirmed. It is your responsibility to check that your bet has been accepted before the event begins.

Bets on cricket matches — including PSL games and international T20 fixtures — are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. Where a match is abandoned or no result is declared, bets are typically voided and stakes returned unless the market has already been settled on a partial result per the specific market rules.

In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are available for selected cricket matches and other events. Odds on in-play markets change rapidly. PKR98 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including during live action, if there is uncertainty about the current state of play. Bets placed after a material event (such as a wicket or boundary) but before markets update are subject to cancellation at PKR98's discretion.

Maximum Stakes and Winnings

Maximum stake limits and maximum payout limits apply to individual markets and event types. These limits are displayed within the bet slip and in the sports section. PKR98 reserves the right to limit the stake accepted from any individual account on any market at any time.

• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your PKR98 balance in PKR immediately upon settlement.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds have been set incorrectly due to a technical error — will be voided even if the bet has already been accepted.
• Bets placed on events whose outcome is already known at the time of placement (late bets) are void.

08Casino & Games

PKR98 Casino and Live Casino games are provided by third-party software providers. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment overseen by trained dealers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are provided by the respective software providers and are available within each game's information panel.

Game outcomes are final once confirmed. Technical errors that affect game results — such as a disconnection mid-round — are handled according to the specific game provider's rules, which are documented within the game itself. PKR98 is not responsible for outcomes caused by your own internet or device failure.

PKR98 reserves the right to remove, replace or modify any game title from the platform at any time without prior notice. This includes temporary removal for maintenance or provider updates.

Bingo rooms operated by PKR98 follow the specific rules displayed within each room prior to the start of each game. Ticket prices, prize structures and any jackpot conditions are confirmed before you purchase a ticket. Purchased tickets for a game that has already started are non-refundable.

Esports betting markets follow the same general rules as sports betting (Section 7) applied to esports events including CS2, Dota 2, Valorant and FIFA. Match and event results are taken from official tournament organisers.

09Responsible Gaming

PKR98 is committed to supporting players in keeping their gaming within healthy, manageable limits. Responsible gaming tools are available to all account holders and can be activated at any time from within account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit amount per day, week or month. Once active, the limit cannot be increased for the duration of the chosen period.
• Session Reminders: Receive a notification after a set duration of continuous play to help you stay aware of how long you have been gaming.
• Self-Exclusion: Remove access to your account for a defined period or indefinitely. Self-exclusion is immediate upon confirmation and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10Player Conduct

All players are expected to use the PKR98 platform in good faith and in a manner that does not harm other players, the platform or third parties. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any system designed to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Colluding with other players in poker, bingo or any other game where collusion can affect the outcome to the detriment of other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in games or the platform. Any bug should be reported to support immediately. Playing knowingly through a bug to gain advantage is fraud.
• Using offensive, abusive, threatening or discriminatory language in any chat or communication function on the platform.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of sporting events on which you have placed bets.
• Opening accounts on behalf of another person or allowing a third party to operate your account.

Where a breach of conduct is identified, PKR98 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account, void all bets and wagers placed during the period of the breach, and withhold any balance pending investigation. PKR98 may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required.

11Privacy & Data

PKR98 collects and processes personal information necessary to operate your account, process transactions and fulfil verification requirements. The full details of what data is collected, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data are set out in the PKR98 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering an account, you consent to PKR98 processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes sharing data with payment providers (such as JazzCash and Easypaisa) for the purpose of processing transactions, and with identity verification services for KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance.

PKR98 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Communication from PKR98 — including promotional emails and platform notifications — can be managed from within your account settings. You may opt out of marketing communication at any time without affecting your ability to use the platform.

12Liability

PKR98 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure the platform operates reliably and without interruption, PKR98 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free of errors, delays or technical issues. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur.

PKR98 is not liable for:

• Loss of gaming sessions or bets caused by your own internet connection or device failure.
• Losses arising from your decision to place bets or play casino games.
• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind arising from use of the platform.
• Third-party software or services — including game providers, payment processors and network providers — whose performance is outside PKR98's direct control.

Nothing in these Terms limits PKR98's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter where limitation of liability is not permitted by applicable law. Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms.

13Changes to Terms

PKR98 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised and, where the changes are material, an on-platform notice will be displayed to active users. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to request account closure. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Minor changes — such as formatting corrections or clarifications that do not affect the substance of the Terms — may be made without specific notice.
